Family journeys go wrong when the car is too small. We ask for the real number of guests, cases and children at booking, and assign a vehicle that fits them rather than one that technically qualifies.
Child and booster seats are available at no extra cost and are fitted before the chauffeur leaves the depot, so nobody is wrestling with straps at the kerb.

For intercity journeys such as Dubai to Abu Dhabi we ask for at least two hours notice so we can assign the right chauffeur and vehicle. Airport arrivals, early-morning departures and group bookings are best confirmed a day ahead. If you need a car sooner, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
