We confirm in writing
You receive the fixed fare, the vehicle class and the pickup window. Nothing is charged and nothing is final until you have it.

Your chauffeur is assigned
Name, contact number and vehicle details are sent to you before the pickup, so you know exactly who is collecting you.

Travel, and settle at the end
Cash or card to the chauffeur, or on your monthly corporate invoice. The fare is the one you were quoted.

Give us the flight number and the rest is handled. We watch the arrival, move the pickup when it moves, and have a chauffeur waiting inside the terminal when you clear customs.

Every DuneRide chauffeur holds the relevant UAE licence for the vehicle they drive, is briefed on the route before dispatch, and presents in business attire. We share their name and number with you before pickup so nobody gets into an unidentified car.
