The fare we quote is the fare you pay, and the car is where we said it would be. Everything else at DuneRide follows from those two things.
Our story
Started because the standard run deserved better
The Dubai to Abu Dhabi corridor is one of the most travelled stretches of road in the region. Thousands of people cross it every day for meetings, flights, family and weekends away, and for most of them the journey is the least enjoyable part of the trip.
DuneRide was built to fix the specific things that make it unpleasant: a fare that changes with traffic, a driver who does not know the destination building, a car that is too small for the luggage, and the low-level uncertainty of not knowing who is collecting you.
We are a private chauffeur service, not a ride-hailing app. Every journey is booked in advance, quoted in writing and assigned to a named chauffeur. That is a deliberately less flexible model, and it is the reason we can make promises about time and price that an app cannot.
Today we operate across all seven emirates, with the Dubai and Abu Dhabi corridor at the centre of what we do.
How we work
Four things we do not compromise on

Say the price first
Every fare is agreed before the journey and written down. If the itinerary changes we tell you what that costs before we do it, not after.

Be where we said we would be
Punctuality is not a feature, it is the whole product. We plan around your deadline with a realistic allowance for the road.

Tell the truth about capacity
If your luggage will not fit in the sedan, we say so at booking. Discovering it at the kerb helps nobody.

Treat the cabin as private
Conversations, calls and destinations stay in the car. Discretion is part of what a chauffeur is for.
Our chauffeurs
The person driving is the service
We recruit for judgement as much as for driving. Knowing which entrance a tower uses, when to offer help with a case and when to stay quiet is not something a licence tests for.
Every chauffeur holds the relevant UAE licence for the class of vehicle they drive, and their documentation is verified before they are assigned to a booking. They present in business attire, are briefed on the route before dispatch, and are given your special instructions rather than discovering them on arrival.
Corporate accounts and daily commuters are served by a small, consistent pool of chauffeurs so the arrangement gets better over time rather than starting from zero each week.

What we check, every time
These are our standing operating practices. We have deliberately not published awards, certifications or review counts we cannot evidence.
- Chauffeur name, contact number and vehicle shared before every pickup
- UAE-licensed chauffeurs, with documentation checked before assignment
- Vehicles serviced on schedule and inspected before dispatch
- Child and booster seats fitted in advance on request
- Journey details shareable with a nominated family member or colleague
- Female chauffeurs available on advance request, subject to availability

Reservations reply around the clock. If we cannot cover a journey at the time you need, we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.

Fare, vehicle class, pickup window and chauffeur details are all confirmed in a message you can refer back to.

If something is not right on the day, contact the same team. Nothing is escalated into a queue.
