How we use your information

Your details are used to prepare a quotation, confirm a booking, brief the assigned chauffeur, contact you about the journey, and issue an invoice or receipt.

Sharing your information

Journey details are shared with the chauffeur assigned to your booking so that they can complete it. Where a booking is made on behalf of a company, relevant details may appear on that company's invoice.
